Lance McKinnon - Hockey Development Committee (HDC) Award Winner

The HDC Award is presented annually to outstanding individuals who have shown exceptional dedication to hockey development programs.  Lance has been instructing at the referee development camp the past 3 years and has been a volunteer at the camp for a number of years prior.
