Congratulations to Shannon Kline!

Shannon was nominated by CZRC and HA, and selected by Hockey Canada as a linesman for the Female U18 Nationals in Dawson Creek, BC from Nov 3^rd to 11^th.  Shannon was new to CZRC last season and has quickly excelled as an official in Calgary working the highest levels of Female hockey.  She attended Zone Camp in March last year as one of 3 women at the camp at performed very well, impressing all the supervisors.  As a result she’s moved up to BAAA and BAA boys hockey this year and will be refereeing Midget 1 this season.  The sky is the limit for Shannon and we’re confident she’s going to represent the zone and the province very well at these National Championships!
